Testimonials

Training with Elle has been one of the most transformative experiences of my life. Her wisdom, authenticity, and deeply compassionate presence created a space where I could not only learn the foundations of yoga, but also heal. As I moved through the 200-hour training, I wasn’t just learning to teach—I was reconnecting with myself after profound loss. Elle’s ability to guide both the physical and emotional aspects of the practice helped me feel held, seen, and supported. Graduating as a yoga teacher under her mentorship is an honor I’ll carry with me forever. She is a true beacon of light. -Elaine G.

Over a year ago I decided to take on Yoga Teacher Training to deepen my own understanding and practice of yoga. After practicing for a few years, I had a feeling there's much more to yoga than I already knew and was experiencing, so I had certain expectations from this learning experience. Taking the RYT200 course at beYoga, I found out that it's a LOT bigger than whatever I could imagine and expect - due to how much heart Elle put into developing the curriculum and then helping each individual in our small group to develop and grow. Having finished going through this course, I feel like the world has become much bigger and deeper, though of course it's my perception of the world that has changed - and that's probably the biggest thing I got from it, in addition to finding my own teacher's voice and path and enjoying leading the classes and making positive impact in people's lives. If anyone's considering or on the fence about taking the course - don't have any doubts, take a plunge and you'll be amazed what yoga and a teacher like Elle can do for you. This is one of the most life-enriching experiences I've had and it sent on a new awe-filled adventure, and I wish it to everyone. -Sasha S.

The beYoga RYT200 Vinyasa Teacher Training set me on the path to becoming a true yogi. Through regular meditation, reading inspirational books and quotes, and listening to respected teachers and gurus, I gained a deep and multifaceted understanding of yoga. Although I’ve taken yoga classes for over 20 years, I now truly understand that yoga is so much more than just physical postures. With Elle’s guidance and the thoughtfully chosen readings, I’ve learned far more than I ever imagined. Our consistent practice with all the beYoga teachers—and Elle’s expert instruction on sequencing and class structure—gave us the tools to create our own classes in a way that reflects our unique voice and style. I now feel prepared to share this beautiful practice with my community. Throughout the year, we also experienced a variety of enriching workshops that included music, pranayama therapy, and teachings from renowned yogis. We even created and led our own community workshops exploring topics like the chakras, breathwork, and Dance/Yoga Fusion. Collaborating with my fellow trainees was both inspiring and educational.  We now have a deep and lasting connection. I would recommend this training to anyone who wants to deepen their yoga practice or better understand the roots and richness of yoga. Even if you don’t plan to teach, you’ll gain the knowledge and confidence to build a meaningful home practice—one you can return to again and again. -Carol A.

Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training

July 2025 Syllabus

Teaching yoga is about knowing your passion, honoring your uniqueness, living your core values, sharing your perspective on what is important and then learning to use your voice to share it.  Yoga is not something you do, but rather a way of living; it’s a lifestyle that weaves its way into your day to day.

Yoga happens when you bring your actions off the mat, into alignment with your soul’s deepest truths.

It is not about mastering any pose, but rather its about digging into the depths of your truth, your heart, your soul, your intentions and moving in that direction. When you wake up to this power of stillness and alignment in the body, mind and soul you gain access to your deepest truth.

Our intention as Yoga teachers and leaders is to share what we know, as we know it, always evolving and expanding.
